Every year, our centers and other organizations offer help to get your kids immunizations completed before school starts.

Proof of current immunizations is required for school attendance under Arizona State Law!

Please come to the one of our centers to get all recommended vaccines, and the COVID-19 vaccines for children (5 and older. Staff will bill insurance companies for those with insurance. No-cost vaccines are available for the uninsured.

  • Bring picture IDs, insurance cards, and immunization records
  • An adult parent/guardian must be present for children under 18
